ICM exhibits at FTE Asia 2018

ICM exhibited at the 2018 Future Travel Expo in Singapore last week, showcasing a fully operational Series 7 Auto Bag Drop unit as well as a Next Generation Check-In Kiosk.

ICM Group CEO Richard Dinkelmann presented on Day 1 alongside IATA and BAGTAG about ‘Baggage Advancements’, discussing the latest trends and lessons learned in the self-service bag drop space.

At the end of Day 1 the FTE Asia Awards Ceremony took place on the expo stage, with Changi Airport, Haneda Robotics Lab, Vistara, Hamad International Airport, Virgin Australia, Singapore Airlines, EVA Air, SpiceJet, Emirates, and Air New Zealand winning awards, before the networking reception and Awards after party was hosted up on Level 4 of Marina Bay Sands.

With the industry’s best in attendance, Asia’s biggest free-to-attend passenger experience and business performance expo was once again a hugely successful exhibition and conference which ICM was proud to be part of for another year.
