ICM to exhibit at PTE London 26, 27 & 28 March

Later this month ICM will be exhibiting at the Passenger Terminal Expo in ExCel, London from 26 – 28 March, demonstrating a complete suite of self-service solutions, including a secure end-to-end passenger flow using single token biometrics for check-in, bag drop and boarding.

Built from the same DNA as ICM’s industry leading self-service bag drop solutions, the Next Generation Check-in Kiosk creates consistency across the entire check-in and bag drop process. An integrated flexible design allows the kiosk to accommodate numerous peripheral devices including biometrics. An ultimate workhorse, the new feature packed kiosk caters for high throughput with up to 4 printers minimising the frequency of stock replenishment.

Also in operation will be ICM’s second-generation Series 3 retrofit Auto Bag Drop with a self-supporting Halo that provides a high degree of automation, security and safety, as well as ICM’s highly successful Series 7 Auto Bag Drop with an updated passenger console featuring amongst others the latest ADA compliant enhancements.

In addition to the hardware mentioned above, ICM will be showcasing their new single token face biometric technology platform. Passengers can seamlessly move through various terminal touchpoints (kiosk, bag drop, immigration, lounge and boarding gate) without the requirement of numerous manual steps. The platform serves to take self-service passenger processing to the next level.
